Terms and Conditions of Enrollment

1. Tuition for the EduCare ACT Test Prep Program is $305 plus $25 registration. The $25 nonrefundable registration fee is due at registration. The $305 tuition fee is due on the first class meeting. Checks should be made payable to EduCare Learning Center. Installment programs are available. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Class size is limited.

2. Missed lessons may be made up on an arranged basis with the instructor at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Other than this option, however, there are no provisions, expressed or implied, for make-ups of missed lessons. In addition, there is no refund of partial fees in the event of missed lessons or voluntary discontinuance of the program by the student.

3. Students will be provided with an EduCare ACT Test Prep workbook for use during the term of the course. In addition, students are expected to register for and take the ACT test on the targeted test date. This EduCare ACT Test Prep class targets the Saturday, April 4th, 2009, ACT testing date. Registration deadline for this test date is February 27th, 2009. EduCare does not register students for the ACT test. Parents and students are responsible for registering for test. Please note deadlines and plan accordingly. Registration packets are available from EduCare or from school Guidance Offices.

4. The class schedule is as follows: (ALL SUNDAY AFTERNOONS) February 22nd - 1:00 to 4:00 p.m, March 1st - 1:00 to 4:00 p.m, March 08th - 1:00 to 4:00 p.m, March 15th - 1:00 to 3:00 pm and March 29th - 1:00 to 3:00 pm. All classes are held at EduCare Learning Center, 1965 51st Street N.E, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402.

5. EduCare Learning Center offers the following guarantee with the EduCare ACT Test Prep Program: Students who have completed the course, taken their test, but would like to improve their score may attend the Sunday afternoon course again at no charge within one calendar year of their initial enrollment. However, EduCare Learning Centers makes no claim or guarantee regarding predicted test scores.

6. Clicking the "Accept" button below represents an understanding of and agreement with the Terms and Conditions of Enrollment. If registration payment is paid online using a credit card, the $25.00 registration fee will be assessed to the credit card account when clicking the "Accept" button. The remaining tuition fee of $305.00 may be paid with a credit card or check at EduCare Learning Center the day of the first class meeting.
