Management Team

	Kevin J. McCarville, Ph.D. President/CEO Kevin McCarville co-founded EduCare Learning Centers, Inc. in 1993. He received his B.A. in secondary education from the University of Northern Iowa, M.A in secondary school administration from Northeast Missouri State University, and Ph.D. in education from the University of Iowa. He served nineteen years as a secondary school teacher and administrator before co-founding EduCare. He serves as chief designer of EduCare's programs and software.
	Rebecca M. McCarville Vice-president/CFO Rebecca McCarville co-founded EduCare Learning Centers, Inc. in 1993. She received her B.A. in elementary education from the University of Northern Iowa and worked for two years at the Curriculum Lab, University of Melbourne, Melbourne, Australia. In addition to her work as CFO with the company she has been instrumental in the design and development of all of the instructional programs offered by EduCare.
	Lisa A. Gordon Site Director/Learning Center Lisa Gordon has been with EduCare Learning Centers, Inc. since 2001. She received her B.A. in elementary education from the University of Northern Iowa. Before joining EduCare, she served four years as an elementary teacher for the Jesup Community Schools of Jesup, Iowa and St. Patrick Elementary School, Cedar Falls, Iowa. She has been instrumental in field-testing all of EduCare's learning center programs.
	Alexa L. Hines Coordinator Supplemental Educational Services/NCLB Alexa Hines has been with EduCare since 2010. She received her B.A in English from Truman State University and an M.A in Education from Truman State University. Before joining EduCare she completed a teaching internship at Bamberg Middle High School, Bamberg, Germany. She served as a teacher with EduCare prior to being named Coordinator/Supplemental Educational Services/NCLB. Under her leadership EduCare has continued to serve more SES students than any other provider in the state of Iowa.
