Study Skills

The Student Success Study Skills Seminar is one of EduCare’s most popular programs. Designed for students in middle school and high school, the program features a proven system for helping students learn how to study.

Students initially participate in a fast-paced, interactive seminar entitled “Steps to Success.” The seminar maximizes motivation and empowers students with the tools they need to develop better study skill habits. At the conclusion of the seminar, students schedule for a minimum of sixteen hours of homework assistance in two selected subject areas.

During the homework support phase of the program, students learn how to apply the various seminar concepts to the “real world” of middle school or high school classes. If parents consent, EduCare will contact the student’s teachers at school on a regular basis to ensure appropriate communication and program coordination.
