Supplemental Educational Services/NCLB
Since 2006, more districts have contracted with EduCare for Supplemental Educational Services under NCLB than any other provider in the state of Iowa. EduCare’s Supplemental Educational Services model is standards-based and data-driven with a solid track record of helping students gain proficiency in both reading and math. The model’s design includes a student-teacher ratio of 3:1 to help maximize the benefits of direct instruction. And EduCare utilizes only standardized instruments administered one-on-one for both pre- and post-assessments to help ensure meaningful evaluation of student progress.
EduCare’s Supplemental Educational Services are delivered on site at contracted schools with schedules that encourage maximum student participation and regular attendance. Contracting with EduCare as a Supplemental Educational Services provider means forming a strategic partnership with the state leader in NCLB-related services.
